The Montana Supreme Court has clearly ruled that; “The Public” has the right to participate in the discussions of the decision-making processes of public bodies on agenda items before a final decision is made.
Butte-Silver Bow precedent calls for only allowing Public Comment On Items On The Agenda at the beginning of the meeting before anyone knows the positions/opinions of the Commissioner’s.
Should our local B-SB Government continue to follow local B-SB Government precedent, or should our local B-SB Government follow the MT Supreme Court’s ruling and the Montana Code Annotated?

JJ Quaalude is Dr. Timothy Dreary and Clark Grant, and features synthesizers, drum machines, tape loops and bass. The duo will be returning from their Scuzzy Vacation Tour and playing their homecoming show on Sunday, April 19th at the Silver Dollar Saloon at 7PM.”
